WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Check in at Martin Building between 1-3pm

Health check – all guests must be present at health check with completed health forms

Please provide:
•     Proof of YPT training and Scout registration
•     Proof of DHHS Michigan Central Registry Clearance
•     3 printed rosters
•     Out of state guests please remember your: Proof of insurance and out of state DHHS form
We will escort you to your campsite where you will meet your Site Guide
Please come prepared to go on a brief tour and SWIM CHECK
Saturday arrivals can be arranged with Marie and Joe

CAMP MAIL

Post cards are available for purchase so Scouts can share their experience at camp!
Similarly, families can send mail to their Scouts to:

D-A Scout Ranch,
Scout’s Name, Unit Number,
880 E Suttons Road, Metamora, MI 48455

Scout mail will be available in the Admin building or delivered to your campsite via your Site Guide.

SHOWER FACILITIES

• Across from Hay Pavilion.
• Open for use during active hours. Please be respectful of other guests during quiet
hours.
• Please let the administration office know of any maintenance issues.
• Troops will be asked to sign up for a daily cleaning rotation

CONNECTIVITY

Limited Wi-Fi is available to Scout leaders working from the ranch. Please contact the admin building.

HAMMOCKS

D-A welcomes hammocks for recreational use AND as a means of camping, instead of the use of a tent. If you are going to be using a hammock during your stay for either of the above reasons, please make sure that you adhere to the following Hammocking Policy:
All hammocks, rain flies, etc. are to be put up using flat straps or webbing. Ropes or paracord damage our trees!
